Return Window
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in the original packaging,
and in sellable condition.
Return Process
1. Email support@thefizcu.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Ship the item to our address.
3. Once received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Used items or items returned after 30 days will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
